Day 2 Lake Powell - Bryce Canyon National Park - Salt Lake City
In the morning we will visit the Glen Canyon Dam, located on the Colorado River in Page, Arizona. The dam was built to create water storage that would be available for use during the dry months of the year and it also generates electricity for the surrounding communities. Enjoy an optional cruise on Lake Powell, a reservoir on Colorado River straddling the border between Utah and Arizona.
We will travel to Bryce Canyon where you will get an opportunity to view the unique and delicate hoodoos. Hoodoos are colorful and amazing to look at because they make you wonder how nature was capable of molding a rock into beautiful features. Let your imagination run wild when you try to make out the images that hoodoos resemble. After Bryce Canyon we will drive to Salt Lake City for an overnight stay.

Day 3 Jackson Hole - Grand Teton National Park - Yellowstone National Park
Start off early in the morning and head towards Jackson Hole for lunch and shopping. During your short excursion, you will get a glimpse of the Wild West. After Jackson Hole we will head towards majestic Grand Teton National Park. We will travel to Yellowstone National Park for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Yellowstone National Park
Enjoy a day at the Yellowstone National Park. We will visit the famous Old Faithful geyser, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and the Mammoth Hot Springs. Old Faithful regularly erupts approximately every 91 minutes and can shoot around 3,700 to 8,400 gallons of hot boiling water. The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone is located in the geyser basin area. Due to its location and the chemical changes occurring in the region, the canyon reflects a variety of vibrant colors. The Mammoth Hot Springs showcase an ever changing landscape of step-like terraces formed out of limestone and movement of underground hot water. We will have an opportunity to be up close with nature wild due to the park?s dense wildlife, mountain ranges, rivers, and canyons. Don't mistake the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone to the Grand Canyon in Arizona.

Day 5 Salt Lake City - Bingham Canyon Copper Mines - Las Vegas
Visit the Salt Lake Temple in the city which is best known as the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After a brief sightseeing tour of the city, we will visit the Bingham Canyon Copper Mines. This open-pit mining area produces various types of ore, such as: copper, gold, silver, and molybdenum. The Bingham Canyon is the most productive copper mine in the United States. We will head to Las Vegas for an overnight stay.

Day 6 Hoover Dam - Grand Canyon West (Skywalk) - Las Vegas
Visit the Hoover Dam, the largest concrete structure and electrical power generating station in the world. The Hoover Dam sits between Arizona and Nevada and is named after President Herbert Hoover. When you view the Hoover Dame, remember that all the enough concrete that it has is sufficient to build a two lane highway from New York to San Francisco.
Head further east to Grand Canyon and enter Native Indian reservation land. There is a participation fee for this tour. We will board another bus to travel to the West Rim of Grand Canyon. Once you walk towards the canyon you will see the horseshoe-shaped glass walk-way ? Skywalk, originally owned by the Hualapai Indians. The Skywalk protrudes 65 feet out from the edge of the canyon, so if you're up for it, walk on the glass bridge (optional) and see the inner part of the main canyon. Head back to Las Vegas for your second night's stay.

Day 7 Las Vegas or Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Gardens - Premium Outlets - Los Angeles
For those that are returning to Los Angeles, we will stop by the unique Ethel M Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Premium Outlets for lunch and for a bit of shopping at branded retail stores. On our way back to Los Angeles, we will also stop in Barstow for a bit of a rest and arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.
